How to reach us
- Phone: (929) 412-2935, 8am to 8pm Eastern, seven days a week. Quickest for anything time-sensitive.
- Email: info@vectorautotransport.com. Normally answered within one business hour during opening hours.
- Quote form: the form on this page, or on any service page. It reaches the same agents.
We arrange transport across the 48 contiguous states and operate by phone and email rather than from a walk-in office. About Vector explains who we are and how the broker arrangement works; our registered entity details are set out in the terms of service.
What to have ready for a quote
Two ZIP codes and the vehicle are enough to start. These five details let us give you a realistic written quote rather than a range:
- Pickup and delivery locations, as cities or ZIP codes.
- Vehicle year, make and model — and any modification that changes its size or clearance.
- Whether it starts, rolls, steers and brakes. Each one changes the equipment.
- Your earliest ship date, and how much the date can move.
- Open or enclosed, or "not sure" — for most vehicles open is right and we will say so.
If you already have a shipment with us
Call and quote your order number. Your agent handles your shipment from quote to delivery, so you are not explaining the situation from the start each time.
If your vehicle is being delivered right now and something looks wrong, call before you sign the Bill of Lading and while the driver is still there. That timing genuinely matters — see insurance and claims.
Media, carriers and partners
- Carriers wanting to run our lanes: email us with your MC number, equipment type and the lanes you run.
- Press and publishers: our photo library is free to use with a credit link, no permission needed.
- Relocation managers and dealers: see corporate relocation and dealer and auction transport for account arrangements.
Common questions
What are your hours?
8am to 8pm Eastern, seven days a week. Outside those hours, send the form or an email and it will be picked up at the start of the next window.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Most quotes come back within the same business hour during opening hours, with a carrier already in mind for the lane. Unusual vehicles, oversize loads and equipment take longer because they need real dimensions and a permit assessment rather than a rate lookup.
Do I have to fill in the form to get a price?
No. Call and an agent will take the details by phone. The form exists because it is quicker for most people, not because it is the only route in.
Will I be passed between agents?
No. One agent stays with your shipment from quote to delivery, which is the point of asking for your order number when you call.
