What we collect when you request a quote, why we need it, who it is shared with, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- Details you submit on a quote form: name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details and preferred dates.
- Records of calls, emails and text messages exchanged with our agents.
- Standard technical data collected by our analytics provider: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site that referred you.
Why we use it
- To prepare your quote and contact you about it.
- To arrange transport with a motor carrier, which requires sharing your name, contact number and pickup and delivery addresses with the assigned carrier and its driver.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed property brokers.
- To measure which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the motor carrier assigned to your shipment, and with service providers who operate our systems, such as our lead storage, analytics and communications tools. We do not sell your contact details to other brokers or lead resellers. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Calls and text messages
Submitting a quote form with the consent box checked permits us to contact you about that quote, including by automated calls and text messages, at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or tell an agent to stop calling and we will record it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for site function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less well.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to retain. Retention and security
We keep quote and shipment records for as long as our broker record-keeping obligations require, and then delete them. We use access controls and encrypted transmission, though no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
